The Queen has come to Ratanga and has invited all the happy Ratanga visitors to come and join her for an hour of fun and celebration with her favourite characters right out of a story book. There is of course the mad hatter who is not all there. His unusual and rather off the wall character will bring a smile to all the faces. He might be seen juggling skittles high in the air, causing mayhem amongst the children or walking on tall stilts and fire eating all the while weaving mystery and humour.
There is the Master of the house who runs the show and makes sure his queen is happy. His duties are to make sure all arrangements are going according to plan.He and the mad hatter are always having conflicts.
